Credential will finance all types of equipment, including but not limited to office, computer, medical, telecommunications, construction, material handling, machinery and transportation. When you're trying to compete in sales, you need the availability of immediate financing. In most cases Credential can provide you with same-day credit decisions and e-mail documents. If needed one of our representatives will meet with you at your office to explain our leasing and finance programs.
Frequently asked questions by equipment dealers:
- How competitive are your rates? As a direct funder, you will find our rates market competitive for you and your customers.
- How fast can I get paid? We can pay you immediately upon delivery of the equipment, provided documents are properly executed. You can come to our office and receive a check, we can send via overnight delivery, or if possible one of our staff will personally deliver your funds.
- How do I go about sending you an application? It's very simple. Just have the customer fill out our one page credit application on line, or fax to us. Or if you prefer we can call the customer directly.
- How flexible are your terms? Credential's personnel look at each application on an individual basis. No credit scoring is involved. We are willing to provide financing whenever possible.
- What is your turn-around time on an application? We will normally provide you an answer within 24 hours, provided we were given a complete credit application. Newer businesses and larger transactions may take a little longer and require additional information. We understand that it is important for you to have an answer for your customer as soon as possible.
- Who will handle the necessary documentation? We can overnight or e-mail the required documentation to you or your customer for signature.
